Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - Network and Systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues with computer systems, and implementing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a private company setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of networking software and hardware, as well as security protocols
