We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Direct and oversee daily operations and staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Evaluate operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Manage contracts, hire, train, and supervise staff to optimize performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Openness to relocation, with a willingness to adapt to new environments.
- Prior experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Free parking on-site, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Permanent position with English as the primary work language.
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week, offering stability and security.
