Occupational Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Occupational Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Direct and Control Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and evaluating performance.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and manage contracts to minimize risk.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose changes to methods, systems, and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
