Occupational Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Occupational Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals by coordinating activities, directing daily operations, and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR Activities: Ensure the HR department meets the organization's goals by coordinating activities and tasks.
- Direct Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staff Management: Direct, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and manage contracts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- Permanent Position: Permanent full-time position.
- 40 Hours per Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
