Occupational Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Occupational Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR department activities to achieve organizational objectives
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Supervise staff and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage contracts and provide customer service
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language of work
