We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Occupational Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational objectives
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Direct staff to achieve desired outcomes
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
