Digital Experience Manager

BMO is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Strategy Manager to drive the design and delivery of digital experiences for commercial banking customers. This key role will be responsible for ensuring customer-centricity in plans, designs, and development that digitally enables customers.
About the RoleAs a Digital Product Strategy Manager, you will leverage customer insights to define and prioritize customer experience goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology across multiple channels, business groups, geographies, and customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated portfolios by prioritizing customer feedback and data-driven insights.
- Monitor and prioritize issues related to customer experience, process performance, and other key metrics for the portfolio.
- Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
- Lead digital initiatives from conception to launch by communicating business requirements, partnering with technology partners, and supporting change management.
- Deliver key initiatives in alignment with the roadmap, defining clear outcomes and goals with associated KPIs/Metrics.
- Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of passion for emerging technologies and innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
- Expertise in designing digital experiences for B2B customers, especially in areas like onboarding, servicing, payment issuance, and account management.
- A high level of curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
BMO offers a total compensation package that includes a salary range of $74,800.00 - $138,600.00 and benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
