Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team at Softline® Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in leading test strategies, planning, and execution.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scenarios to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure thorough testing.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to improve their testing skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements
  • API Testing skills with experience in developing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Robotic, WAVE, and others.
  • Knowledge of AODA and SQL.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, and API testing tools like Postman and Swagger.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
