Role Overview: The Senior Consultant, Outcome-Based Testing Execution (OBT) plays a crucial role within an independent team responsible for executing business validation tasks for the Canadian Banking Segment Business Units. This position involves identifying key business outcomes for various Product Lines, designing relevant testing methodologies utilizing applicable data/process/system maps, and validating anticipated business results against actual production system samples. Reporting to the Sr Director, Outcome-Based Testing (OBT), you will bring your expertise in the OBT discipline to ensure effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outcome-Based Testing Execution: Conduct hands-on testing and validations while ensuring compliance with the OBT Framework that governs the OBT Program in Canadian Banking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across the Canadian Banking Segment Business Units.
- Expertise in OBT: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and primary contact for OBT-related inquiries from Canadian Banking Product teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in Project Management and Project Delivery.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with test management practices within the financial services sector.
- Interpersonal Skills: A passion for building relationships and maintaining a diverse network of partners.
