Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Basted Baker. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
