About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
