Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
Language and Work EnvironmentThe primary language spoken in this workplace is English. This role requires excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
