Sales Representative

At Le Groupe Master, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our external sales representatives in the heating and consulting engineers team, while providing exceptional support to customers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer demands and propose effective solutions based on their needs.
- Analyze calls for tender documents to identify relevant equipment.
- Select products from manufacturers' pricing software.
- Prepare bids according to project and customer needs.
- Demonstrate product equivalencies in conjunction with the engineering team during calls for tender.
- Participate in project meetings to establish sales strategies.
- Provide support to external representatives and colleagues on projects.
- Follow calls for tender until they are closed and ensure compliance with addendums.
- Diploma in building mechanics with experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning field.
- Work experience in building mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
