This is a hybrid office-remote role, located in Ottawa.

We are seeking a high-energy inbound/outbound Sales Professional who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. You are organized, know how to build and manage a sales funnel, and are passionate about client relations and enhancing the buyer experience.

Responsibilities

">
  • Generate sales among existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Continuously update and maintain prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in CRM.
  • Manage the sales process from the initial lead stage all the way through to the close.
  • Create and deliver sales proposals for our products and services.
  • Identify and understand customers' needs and help implement solutions.

Requirements and Experience

">
  1. Proven 2+ years of work experience as either an inbound or outbound Sales Professional, or BDR role.
  2. A demonstrated understanding of common sales cycles.
  3. Experience in prospecting, lead research, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics.
  4. Experienced and comfortable with delivering web presentations to individuals as well as to groups.
  5. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience)
