R&D Project Manager

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Manager to lead the development of innovative medical solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, within budget, and by following organized and repeatable procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison with project stakeholders, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Project Quality and Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items, ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies.
- Lessons Learned: Conduct project postmortems and communicate lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Compliance and Quality: Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product Quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented Quality processes and procedures.
- Education: B.Eng, MSc in Biomedical, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience with product development activities in a regulated industry.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills in a team environment, excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- PMP Certification: Project Management Professional certification.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971.
