Key Responsibilities

  • Customer-Facing Experience: Excellent communication skills and experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Solution Architecture: Experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer sciences or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented software design principles, experience with Python and Django (or the desire to learn), experience with relational databases, and strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Containerization Technologies: Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Big Data and Data Engineering: Knowledge of Big Data and Data Engineering frameworks: Apache Beam, Google Cloud Data Flow, Google Big Query.
