Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Expansion Account Director to join our team at DynaTrace Software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts across various industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Territory Plans: Develop and execute territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborative Pre-Defined SE Support: Collaborate with Sales Engineers to provide pre-defined support based on region, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Account Management: Oversee 7-10 existing customer accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships and expanding partnerships, while engaging with 5-8 potential customers to introduce them to our offerings.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Maintain existing accounts and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our award-winning leadership team to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by DynaTrace, positioning us relative to the competition.
  • Market Expansion: Generate velocity by establishing DynaTrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Network Development: Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure DynaTrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with DynaTrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  • Customer Success: Ensure your customers' implementations are wildly successful, meeting their business needs and exceeding their expectations.
