Key Responsibilities

The Director of Enterprise Architecture will be responsible for maximizing the evolution of application projects to achieve the success of the organization's IT strategic plan during a period of technological transformation (budget approved over $200M).

More Specifically

• Mobilize, coach, and lead a team of 6 Enterprise Architects

• Manage the application assets and their obsolescence

• Ensure technological alignment and optimal architecture of the application

• Develop and maintain the architecture of systems, applications, and cloud infrastructure

• Provide a 360-degree vision of ongoing and upcoming application projects

• Participate in business, legal, and budget-related decisions related to IT

• Collaborate with a team of 25 other IT professionals

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including experience as a director of application architecture

• Professional experience in team management

• Mastery of 5 IT architecture models

• Experience in application and infrastructure IT areas

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good leadership

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
