About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at Cenpro Pharmacy. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management
    • Verify and process prescriptions to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records
  • Medication Preparation
    • Prepare medications for clients in a safe and efficient manner
    • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as required
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of medications and prescription records
    • Order and receive inventory as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
    • Answer questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, healthcare)
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
Working Conditions

The Technical Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, with regular exposure to medications and medical equipment. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
