Position Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of HVAC products while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will involve providing expert technical assistance to clients regarding HVAC systems and their installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for HVAC product lines
  • Deliver technical guidance to customers regarding product specifications and installation processes
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently
  • Support the Profit Centre Manager with various operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HVAC products and systems
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC fields
