Job Title: ECE Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at KIDZ HUB EARLY LEARNING CENTRE.

Job Summary:

The ECE Assistant will provide support to our Early Childhood Educators in creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. This role involves assisting with daily routines, planning activities, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Early Childhood Educators in implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support with daily routines, including bathing, feeding, and diaper changing.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Assist with record-keeping and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and any concerns.
  • Help plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Basic security clearance and immunization records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment:

The ECE Assistant will work in a child care centre with a team of experienced Early Childhood Educators. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
