About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Lunar Early Childhood Learning Academy. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and exploration, such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other Early Childhood Educators and assistants.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Paid time off for volunteering or personal days.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
