Job Title: ECE Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at KIDZ HUB EARLY LEARNING CENTRE.

Job Summary:

The ECE Assistant will provide support to our Early Childhood Educators in creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. This role involves assisting with daily routines, planning activities, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily routines such as bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers
  • Participate in storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts to encourage children's creativity
  • Support Early Childhood Educators in planning and implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Assist with record-keeping and maintaining a clean and organized classroom
  • Engage children in activities that promote their overall well-being and development
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Educators to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the classroom
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification
  • Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • Basic Security Clearance
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Immunization Records
Work Environment:

The ECE Assistant will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with children, parents, and staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
