About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at KIDZ HUB EARLY LEARNING CENTRE. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts.
  • Assist with daily routines, including preparing snacks and arranging rooms for lunch and rest periods.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to licensing regulations and establishing guidelines for behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement activities that promote children's learning and development.
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification or equivalent.
  • Basic security clearance and immunization records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
