Clinical Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator & Practice Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives at Baptist Housing. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical consultation, program leadership, and quality assurance while navigating change and disseminating best practices through education and training.
In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing quality-focused data, identifying areas for improvement, and spearheading the development and implementation of quality improvement plans. You will also ensure compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements, advocating for resources and funding to support quality initiatives within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Meticulously review quality-focused data to identify areas for improvement and develop quality improvement plans.
- Spearhead the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements.
- Advocate for resources and funding to support quality initiatives within the region.
- Provide clinical consultation, program leadership, and quality assurance while navigating change and disseminating best practices through education and training.
- Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and is registered with BCCNM.
- 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
