About the Role

Swingle Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director of Healthcare Services to lead our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mental health institution, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs, leveraging their skills and expertise to drive results.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a mental health institution.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
