Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Shiv Brar Personal Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
