Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at CHANDTRANSPORT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Perform data entry, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate work performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee payroll administration.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Public sector experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

40 hours per week, permanent position.

Language: English.
