About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our customers. As a Customer Experience Associate - Client Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll also be involved in promoting our products and services, as well as working closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Promote our products and services to existing and potential clients
- Work closely with other teams to ensure effective delivery of our banking solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve our services and processes, and make recommendations accordingly

Requirements

- 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- High School diploma and/or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $22.50 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
