We're seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. In this role, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will connect with customers in a relatable way, taking a proactive approach to discovering their needs and listening to understand what they're asking for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day transaction processing
- Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Sharing your knowledge to introduce clients to mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Uncovering and solving customers' needs
- Explaining complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrating success in a target-based performance environment and contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
