The successful candidate will be responsible for managing seating arrangements, addressing customer complaints or concerns, answering questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, and assisting clients/guests with special needs.

Responsibilities:

* Address customers' complaints or concerns

* Attend to seating arrangements for large groups
* Greet customers
* Perform opening and closing activities

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and possess a Smart Serve certification.

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with wearing a uniform and meeting the physical demands of this role.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $25,000-$35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, gratuities are included as part of your compensation package.
