Job Summary

Aquila is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Corporate Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry executives, founders, and management teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with our M&A team to screen and assess potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop and present strategic acquisition plans to senior management.
  • Manage the due diligence process and negotiate deal terms.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing successful acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
