Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Distribution Services team at Accolade Group Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a warehouse setting. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and optimizing storage space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using database software and spreadsheet applications
  • Schedule the distribution of goods to ensure efficient processing and minimize delays
  • Route goods to appropriate storage areas, utilizing inventory control software to optimize storage capacity
  • Pack goods for shipping, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Unpack and process received goods, verifying quantities and condition
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to train on new systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with database software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet applications
