Inventory Management Specialist

About the RoleThis permanent position offers a competitive salary of $35,000 per annum, based on 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have opportunities for career growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
Job Description- We are looking for an individual with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Schedule the distribution of goods accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems to track inventory levels and movement.
- Route goods to their appropriate storage areas, ensuring that they are properly secured and accessible as needed.
- Pack goods to be shipped and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Unpack and inspect goods received to ensure that they match the original orders and are in good condition.
- Database software skills to manage inventory records.
- Familiarity with inventory control software to track and monitor stock levels.
- Experience with spreadsheet software to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to streamline business operations.
