About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Expert team serving North America based in Montreal. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding internal client teams of consultants and other Experts in the execution of Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects for multiple clients within an industry or function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitors, and potential candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and present potential candidates to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with client teams to develop business development strategies and materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the industrials sector and its key trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
