Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

MobileComm, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our security automation and orchestration project stream.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a Senior Business and Process Analyst for the planning of the security automation and orchestration project stream
  2. Conduct gap and impact analysis to identify areas for improvement
  3. Develop detailed requirements and future process definitions
  4. Create communication and change management plans
  5. Support user acceptance tests and go-live activities
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of business analyst experience
  2. Practical experience in assessing and implementing Security Operation Center Processes
  3. Practical experience in implementing automation and orchestration related technologies
  4. Practical experience in implementing Incident Response processes
  5. English and French language proficiency (written and spoken)
