Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

MobileComm, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our security automation and orchestration project stream.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a Senior Business and Process Analyst for the planning of the security automation and orchestration project stream
  2. Develop and maintain detailed requirements, gap and impact analysis, and future process definition
  3. Design and implement a communication and change management plan, training and communication plan, test plan and use cases, system and integration tests, and support user acceptance tests
  4. Support the Go-Live activities and ensure a smooth transition to the new process
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of business analyst experience
  2. Practical experience in assessing and implementing Security Operation Center Processes
  3. Practical experience in implementing automation and orchestration related technologies
  4. Practical experience in implementing Incident Response processes
  5. Practical experience in change and/or quality management is an asset
  6. CBAP and/or ITIL certification is an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. English and French (an asset), written and spoken
  2. Communication skills, leadership, team player
