Job Description

MobileComm, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and improving our IT and Telecom Networking Industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Senior Business and Process Analyst for the planning of the security automation and orchestration project stream
  • Conduct Gap and Impact Analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed requirements and future process definitions
  • Create a Communication and Change Management Plan
  • Support User Acceptance Tests and Go-Live activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business analyst experience
  • Practical experience in assessing and implementing Security Operation Center Processes
  • Practical experience in implementing automation and orchestration related technologies
  • Practical experience in implementing Incident Response processes
  • CBAP and/or ITIL certification is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English and French (an asset), written and spoken
  • Communication skills, leadership, team player
