Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, documentation, and improvement.

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and mapping existing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
  • Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in running workshops and gathering/documenting business requirements
  • Strong process documentation skills, including workflows and functional specs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in security-related projects or departments
  • Experience working in the aviation or transportation industry

This is a hybrid role, with 1 day in office and the ability to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP and will be based in Montreal.
