**Job Summary:** We are seeking talented individuals for our Industrial Leadership Development Program in Selkirk, MB. As part of this program, you will work closely with experienced leaders and participate in comprehensive training and development activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated), based on location and industry standards.
