Program Highlights:

  • Participants will be responsible for solving large- and small-scale problems.
  • Work as a leader managing the strategic implementation for overall business goals.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our business from beginning to end by visiting our customers and suppliers.
  • Develop a holistic view and acumen of the industry by working with each level of Gerdau North America.
  • Travel to various destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
  • Interact with other G.Futures from across North America while tackling some of the organization's biggest challenges.
  • Grow a set of managerial, interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Work with software such as SAP and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other applicable degree.
  • Recent graduate or planning to graduate.
  • Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA ., preferred GPA . or higher).
  • Preference for those with a degree-related internship experience.
  • Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities.
  • A high learning agility and willingness to adapt and develop continuously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within the United States and Canada during the length of the program.
  • Preference will be given to those that demonstrate an ability to function in a team environment while also being able to work alone with minimal supervision.
