We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Satguru Foods (NW) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other workers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Recruitment and Scheduling: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain and manage digital databases.
- Payroll and Bookkeeping: Oversee payroll administration, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
