About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing menu items, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
