Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
  • Prepare cold dishes, including sandwiches and trays
  • Handle the preparation of salads, dressings, and various vegetables and fruits
  • Engage in cooking methods such as baking, roasting, steaming, and broiling
  • Ensure the aesthetic presentation and garnishing of all dishes
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education
  • Experience in a high-energy restaurant environment
  • Certification from a culinary program is advantageous
  • A genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts
  • A willingness to acquire new skills
