About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Special Events: Coordinate and prepare for special events, such as banquets and buffets, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Overtime required, repetitive tasks.
