Department: Culinary
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temporary)
Shift Assignment: Swing, Tue/Wed OFF, Sun, Mon, Thu – Sat 14:30 – 22:30
Wages: Start Rate: $22.88; 1-Year Rate: $25.42
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain high-quality food items for work stations, ensuring departmental production and guest expectations are met.
- Maintain health and safety standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure team members are working to expectations and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a large kitchen or similar environment, or 2.5 years of experience with a recognized culinary institution/program.
- Experience in Garde Manger, Hot Kitchen, and Line Cooking.
- Ability to train junior team members.
- Red Seal certification required or ability to obtain within one year of hire date.
