Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Crisis Manager to join our team at destinationone Consulting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide critical care to patients in emergency situations, assessing their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver prompt treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and triage patients based on severity, ensuring timely intervention and effective care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously, making informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures, promoting empowerment and understanding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Current nursing license (RN) in the relevant province/state.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
