About the Opportunity

As Chief Property Management Strategist, you will oversee our diverse property portfolio, driving growth through strategic partnerships, innovative business models, and streamlined operations. Your leadership skills and financial acumen will be essential in maximizing revenue and profitability targets while ensuring effective cost control.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in property management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector. A deep understanding of both residential and commercial real estate markets, including development, leasing, and investment, is crucial. Advanced financial acumen and a proven track record of driving business growth are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of our real estate holdings, capital projects, and property enhancements
  • Conduct regular property assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control and revenue maximization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner companies, suppliers, and local business leaders
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry developments that impact our business

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
