At Today's Harvest, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we deliver software. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our software is delivered on-time, with quality, and meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage release schedules to ensure timely delivery of software
  • Identify opportunities for improving our software delivery systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those improvements
  • Manage delivery risks and issues, and take corrective action to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Coordinate monitoring of production issues and issue response processes to ensure minimal downtime
  • Manage delivery metric collection, ensuring accuracy and currency to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure that applications being delivered meet customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
  • ~3+ years of experience in delivery management for mobile and/or client applications
  • Strong project and program management skills, including experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
