At Today's Harvest, we're revolutionizing the way we deliver software. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach users on time, with quality, and with a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage release schedules to meet business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for improving our software delivery systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those improvements
  • Manage delivery risks and issues, and take corrective action to ensure timely and high-quality releases
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Coordinate monitoring of production issues and issue response processes to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction
  • Manage delivery metric collection, ensuring accuracy and currency to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure that applications being delivered meet customer requirements and are validated for quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
  • ~3+ years of experience in delivery management for mobile and/or client applications
  • ~ Strong project and program management skills, including experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
  • ~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • ~ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
